A collaborative strategic approach by the hotel management, involving customers, suppliers, and employees, has to be adopted to design the hotel industry value chain to meet the business sustainability requirements, and customers’ requirements, and to gain the competitive advantage of TQM. The study also highlights that integration of sustainability with the TQM framework is essential for the hotel industry as it enhances operational efficiency and reduces environmental impact.
