The proposed method only needs to sample the inverter current, which can meet the requirements of inverter-current feedback-only in existing industrial applications. The proposed control method is developed based on the dual-source model of LCL-equipped HSPMSM drives. A coefficient selection method with strong parameter robustness is developed to design the controller. Thanks to the proposed method, the voltage stress of the damper is much lower than that of the main inverter, which helps to reduce the switching loss of the damper. This makes it possible to use low-voltage MOSFETs to build the damper instead of expensive SiC-MOSFETs. 摘要
提出了一种基于电容耦合主动阻尼器的低速高速永磁同步电动机(HSPMSM)逆变电流反馈控制方法。该方法只需要对逆变器电流进行采样,可以满足现有工业应用中对逆变器电流反馈的要求。本文提出的控制方法是基于lcl配置的HSPMSM驱动器的双源模型。提出了一种具有较强参数鲁棒性的系数选择方法来设计控制器。由于该方法,阻尼器的电压应力远低于主逆变器的电压应力,有助于降低阻尼器的开关损耗。这使得使用低压mosfet来构建阻尼器而不是昂贵的sic - mosfet成为可能。在3 kW-12 k / r/min (1000 Hz)测试电机上的实验结果验证了所提出的方法。
