摘要

持续的人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染与宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）分级、高危HPV感染、多重HPV感染、高HPV载量、手术边缘HPV感染以及锥切后CIN的年龄有关。免疫机制复杂，主要与阴道微生态失调、免疫逃逸、免疫反应障碍和调节细胞因子的释放有关。目前，针对术后持续 HPV 感染的治疗方法包括手术治疗、抗病毒治疗、疫苗接种等。
