In the present case, a digitally designed wax-up was employed to generate a digital surgical guide for reshaping the gingival architecture of a lateral incisor into that of a central incisor, followed by composite restorations.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The application of a digital wax-up for the design of a surgical guide and the fabrication of a silicone index led to a predictable and successful outcome in reshaping a lateral into a central incisor.</p><p><strong>Clinical significance: </strong>Post-orthodontic reshaping using direct composite is widely accepted by patients due to its cost-effectiveness and minimally invasive nature.
