The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS version 20.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The analysis revealed significant changes in liver function tests, with elevated levels of total bilirubin and ALT post-treatment. Lipid profiles also showed marked alterations, including increased cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and triglyceride levels.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The findings highlight the substantial impact of isotretinoin on liver function and lipid metabolism in Acne Vulgaris patients.
