A diagnosis of low-grade endometrioid adenocarcinoma admixed with large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) was made based on the histomorphology and immunohistochemical profile. NEC of the endometrium is a rare and highly aggressive neoplasm requiring a multidisciplinary approach for its treatment. Mixed Large Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma and Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma: A Rare Case Report with Review of Literature.
