The middle ear resonance frequency of the children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group at weeks 4, 8 and 12 of treatment, and the air-conduction hearing threshold was lower than that of the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group after 12-weeks of treatment was 92.11 %, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.68 %). 摘要

目的:探讨糠酸莫米松(Elocon霜)鼻喷雾剂(MFNS)治疗幼儿听力分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的疗效。方法:选取5 ~ 10岁SOM患儿76例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组38例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予MFNS治疗。两组均治疗12周。分别在治疗第4周、第8周和第12周比较两组患者临床症状和听力的改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组。观察组患儿在治疗第4、8、12周中耳共振频率高于对照组,气传导听阈低于对照组。观察组治疗12周后总有效率为92.11%,显著高于对照组(73.68%)。治疗后观察组T-ETDQ评分低于对照组。结论:MFNS治疗幼儿SOM具有临床疗效,可改善临床症状,促进听力和咽鼓管功能恢复,减轻局部炎症反应,提高免疫功能。
