摘要

我们报告一位54岁的女性，在先天性胆道扩张手术37年后，在剩余的胰内胆管中被诊断为胆管内乳头状肿瘤（IPNB）。超声内镜检查显示胰腺内胆管有乳头状低回声肿块，经口胆管镜检查显示乳头状粘膜。患者行胰十二指肠切除术，病理诊断为1型胰胆管型IPNB伴浸润性癌。由于在胰管中发现类似的非典型上皮，提示IPNB通过总通道纵向延伸至胰管。
