摘要

本文报道了用含有末端溴原子的烷基取代基制备中间苯衍射醚的两步法合成苄基衍射醚。用各种N-亲核试剂和s -亲核试剂取代溴原子,合成了一系列新的衍射酸基醚。结果表明,在低微摩尔浓度范围内,苄基衍射衍生物对A2呼吸道合胞病毒具有明显的体外抗病毒活性。确定了化合物结构对抗病毒活性和细胞毒性的依赖性。生物活性数据分析显示,两种化合物的选择性指数分别为11.0和31.3。
