Meanwhile, a comparative study in terms of electromagnetic performance of the conventional FRM, CP-FRM with ASP design, and proposed ASP-DPMVM was carried out based on finite element method and multi-objective optimization, and the effect of different overhang structures on torque characteristic of proposed machine was investigated. 摘要

提出并分析了一种具有非对称定子-极子(ASP)结构的新型双永磁游标机(DPMVM)。本设计的主要特点是使用了钕铁硼磁铁定子和铁氧体转子的组合。此外,还引入了结果极(CP)结构、辅助槽、Halbach阵列和悬垂结构来提高PM的利用率和转矩密度。基于磁动势磁导模型,与传统磁通反转电机(FRM)相比,ASP设计引入了额外的谐波来产生转矩。同时,基于有限元法和多目标优化,对传统FRM、ASP设计的CP-FRM和提出的ASP- dpmvm的电磁性能进行了对比研究,并研究了不同悬垂结构对提出的机床转矩特性的影响。最后,制作了ASP-DPMVM原型,并对其进行了仿真验证。
