According to multivariate analysis, a predictive model for thrombus risk showed that the area; the area under the ROC curve (AUC) was 0.673 (95% CI: 0.615-0.730) and the maximum Youden index, sensitivity and specificity were 0.272, 47.0% and 80.2%, respectively.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>A high D-dimer level, low PC, and high Padua score were shown to be independent risk factors for thrombosis in ITP patients. 摘要

目的:探讨免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者发生血栓的危险因素,建立风险预测模型,更好地预测ITP患者的血栓形成风险。方法:回顾性分析2024年1月至2024年6月云南省第一人民医院住院治疗的ITP患者350例。我们记录了所有患者的人口学特征和临床数据,分析了ITP患者血栓形成的危险因素,并建立了风险预测模型。结果:逐步logistic回归分析显示,高d -二聚体水平、低血小板计数和高Padua评分是ITP患者血栓形成的独立危险因素。根据多变量分析,血栓风险预测模型显示:ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.673 (95% CI: 0.615 ~ 0.730),最大约登指数、敏感性和特异性分别为0.272、47.0%和80.2%。结论:高d -二聚体水平、低PC、高Padua评分是ITP患者血栓形成的独立危险因素。同时,本研究表明,这三个危险因素可能在一定程度上作为ITP患者血栓形成的危险预测因素。

Analysis of Risk Factors and the Establishment of a Predictive Model for Thrombosis in Patients with Immune Thrombocytopenia.
