摘要

本研究采用准实验的单组前测后测研究设计。为了研究的目的,我们开发了一个基于计算机的交互式虚拟现实模拟,用于对昏迷患者进行口腔护理,并将其整合到现有的护理课程中。结果表明,基于计算机的交互式虚拟现实模拟设计对无意识患者的口腔护理应用教学具有较高的教育效果和存在感。进一步确定本文开发的虚拟现实仿真提高了学生对该学科的知识水平(P < 0.05)。结果表明,基于计算机的交互式虚拟现实模拟应用于无意识患者的口腔护理是一种有效的护理教育方法。
