Managers should understand the predisposing factors that lead to absenteeism, such as insufficient staffing, and propose effective measures. 摘要目的:本研究旨在探讨台湾护理人员的出勤生活经验。背景:出勤是一种主观的、多方面的经历,但护士很少被邀请提供自己对出勤的看法。方法:在含量分析的基础上进行定性研究。招募了15名参与者。通过面对面访谈收集数据,采用恒常比较法进行分析。结果:确定了四个关键类别及其子类别:1)被迫参加工作的负担;2)身体或精神不适;3)易感因素;4)约束义务。结论:本初步研究为管理人员建立健康的工作场所和维持高质量的患者护理提供了指导。管理者应该了解导致缺勤的因素,如人员不足,并提出有效的措施。本研究有助于研究和测量工具的发展,增加了初步数据,并探讨了护理人员的出勤情况。
