The thematic content analysis was performed using IraMuTeQ software.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The theme \"The family as the center of the network and the challenges in achieving transgender autonomy\" emerged from the analyses. The family was identified as the first network, bearing the greatest responsibility. Weak and conflicted ties with relatives, friends, classmates and neighbors, highlighting the role of men.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The networks showed limitations in providing support and the need for strengthening.
