We present the case of a 48-year-old woman with intermittent left flank pain and an incidental finding of an adrenal tumor on computed tomography. The patient underwent laparoscopic tumor resection due to the large size of the tumor. The decision to perform surgery was based on the tumor size and the patient's symptoms.
