In a previous communication, the authors have reported the transformation of naringin to naringenin and neohesperidose using pure preparation of a fungal diglycosidase. In this communication, the transformation of naringin and naringin present in orange (citrus sinensis) and mousami (citrus limetta) peel powders to naringenin and neohesperidose using the enzyme extract and its fungal source, respectively, have been reported.
