摘要

一名62岁女性，有甲状腺乳头状癌病史，以发热、咳嗽就诊，诊断为非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）。化疗免疫治疗一年后，再次活检左胸膜肿瘤病变。组织学分析显示为甲状腺乳头状癌。对原发肿瘤进行另一次活检，原发肿瘤病变的组织学分析证实为非小细胞肺癌。BRAF V600E突变在甲状腺乳头状癌的左胸膜转移病变和非小细胞肺癌的原发肿瘤中均检测到。达非尼和曲美替尼减少了两种肿瘤病变。在此，我们报告一例罕见的BRAF v600e突变的非小细胞肺癌合并甲状腺乳头状癌的胸膜转移。
