摘要

背景:探讨胎儿心脏定量(fetal heart quantification,胎儿HQ)技术在评价卵圆孔冗余瓣(RFOF)胎儿右心室大小、形态及心功能方面的临床价值。方法:选择2021年9月~ 2023年12月超声心动图诊断为RFOF的胎儿31例作为对照组,选择与RFOF组孕妇年龄、胎期相匹配的健康胎儿62例作为对照组。采用GE Voluson E10提供的胎儿HQ软件自动跟踪24节段右心室心内膜参数。结果:RFOF组胎儿卵圆孔内径明显小于正常胎径对照组,差异有统计学意义(p0.05),但RFOF组胎儿1 ~ 24节段的RV-LED均高于正常对照组(P均有统计学意义)。胎儿HQ技术通过对胎儿心脏右心室形态和功能参数的快速定量分析,能够准确定位RFOF胎儿病变的位置。

Background: To investigate the clinical value of fetal heart quantification (fetal HQ) in the evaluation of right ventricular size, morphology and cardiac function in fetuses with redundancy foramen ovale flap (RFOF).

Methods: 31 fetuses diagnosed with RFOF through echocardiography from September 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the control group, and 62 healthy fetuses that matched the age and gestational period of the pregnant women in the RFOF group were chosen as the control group. Results: The internal diameter of foramen ovale in RFOF group was significantly smaller than that of normal fetal diameter in control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
