副猪嗜血杆菌(Haemophilus副猪嗜血杆菌,HPS)是猪Glässer病的病原体,近年来在中国流行。该病以纤维性多浆膜炎、关节炎和脑膜炎为特征,但常与其他上呼吸道病原体混合感染,给养猪业造成重大经济损失。疫苗接种是预防和控制HPS感染的重要手段,目前可用的疫苗主要是含有免疫原性HPS蛋白的灭活疫苗或亚基疫苗。本研究综述了HPS疫苗的最新进展,分析了亚单位疫苗成分的相对有效性,并讨论了每种疫苗类型的优缺点。目标是为开发更有效的猪副猪嗜血杆菌感染疫苗提供见解。
