摘要

本研究采用普通摇瓶法测定了苯磺酸氨氯地平在n -甲基吡咯烷酮/1-丙醇和n -甲基吡咯烷酮/2-丙醇二元混合物体系中的溶解度,并在298.2 ~ 313.2 K的温度范围内进行了光谱分析。将生成的数据拟合到van't Hoff、Jouyban-Acree、Jouyban-Acree-van't Hoff、混合物响应面和改进的Wilson模型中,以数学形式表示溶解度数据。最后,利用范霍夫方程和吉布斯方程计算了饱和混合物的表观热力学性质。
