摘要

目的：描述开放式改良Broström手术与内支架增强联合踝关节镜手术治疗ATFL患者的临床特点、影像学诊断和临床效果。研究对象和方法：本研究包括15例诊断为ATFL撕裂并接受手术治疗的患者。一项2019年至2022年在越南大学医院进行的描述性回顾性研究。结果：所有患者均对手术效果满意。AOFAS从术前平均63.6±10.4（55-70）提高到92.7±4.5(70-100)，显著改善。(P)结论：改良Broström手术方式配合InternalBrace修复ATFL是一种有效的技术，有助于稳定踝关节，显著改善临床疗效。
