摘要
在严重的e.o v病例中，IV至VI联合环孢素A和皮质类固醇治疗最有效，而单独使用克米克森似乎效果较差。终止环孢素A治疗一段时间后再接受西亚美森治疗的患者，视力稍有改善或状态稳定(经短时间治疗后判断)。以前仅用皮质类固醇治疗无效的e.o III (IV)型患者，在西亚美松治疗后有改善的趋势。
