Within one hour after intraductal injection of antiserum a strong pancreatic edema was developed. Within 24 h this edema receded to a large extent but at this time there were inflammatory cells scattered in the intra- and periductal region. As a sequel of application of antiserum pancreatic enzymes were released. 摘要

研究急性胰腺炎发病过程中抗血清对胰腺腺泡细胞的损伤。导管内注射抗血清后1小时内,胰腺出现强烈水肿。在24小时内,这种水肿很大程度上消退,但此时炎症细胞散布在管内和管周区域。随着抗血清的应用,胰酶被释放出来。在应用后24小时,血清α -淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性与对照组相比显著增加,达到了胰腺水肿加短期缺血引起的急性胰腺炎模型的水平。
