A convexity intracerebral arachnoid cyst: A CT entity to be differentiated from a cystic glioma
A 65-year-old female with an intracerebral cyst was examined in our clinic. It was suspected to be a cystic glioma by the preoperative neuroradiological studies, even with the use of sophisticated CT techniques. By operative and histopathological examination, it was confirmed as an arachnoid cyst mainly embedded in the parenchyma.
