Es wird uber 5 Falle von iatrogener Osophagusverletzung berichtet, die durch ungeeignete diagnostische Masnahmen kompliziert uns uberwiesen wurden. Auf die Bedeutung sofortiger chirurgischer Masnahmen wird hingewiesen, ebenso wie auf die Unterlassung von den Patienten weiter gefahrdender Untersuchungsmethoden. Auf die wahrscheinlich sichere Versorgung der Perforation mit Situationsnaht und wasserdichtem Verschlus durch Anwendung eines neuen Gewebekleb Stoffes wird hingewiesen. Five cases of iatrogenic perforation of the oesophagus complicated by unsuitable diagnostic procedures are reported by the author. The importance of immediate surgical intervention and avoidance of further potentially dangerous diagnostic methods is stressed. Application of operative sutures and watertight closure of the perforation with a new plastic tissue adhesive is probably a safe procedure. Nous parlons des mesures chirurgicales immediates a prendre. Il y a lieu d'abandonner les methodes d'investigation qui sont dangereuses pour les patients. La perforation est soignee avec une securite relativement grande par des points de situation. L'etancheite est assuree par l'utilisation d'une nouvelle matiere agglutinante.
