Univ.-Frauenklinik of Vienna in the years 1950-1969. 142 cases were multiple primary neoplasms, i.e. 2.01%. In 51 cases the double neoplasms were situated in the genital region (local multiplicity), in 91 cases was there a separated multiplicity with the cancer of the breast dominating.
