摘要

研究了局部伽玛射线照射对唾液腺超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响。小鼠颈部接受单剂量60Co γ射线照射,剂量范围为3至24 Gy。6 Gy以上辐照后第7天唾液腺酶活性显著下降,第14天基本恢复。照射后观察到颌下腺脂质过氧化水平升高,超氧化物歧化酶从颌下腺渗漏到血浆中,提示辐射引起的唾液腺膜损伤。
