The oculomotor disorder was documented by electro-oculography. The results of extensive neurological investigations, including CT scan, visual, auditory and somesthetic evoked potentials, nuclear magnetic resonance and complete cerebrospinal fluid evaluation, were negative. The patient recovered completely within about 1 month.
