A histochemical and immunohistochemical study revealed that the primary tumor in the gallbladder was composed of mucus-secreting and/or argyrophil cells. Furthermore, the tumor showed a positive reaction to carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in all tumor cells, to chromogranin A and cytokeratin in many tumor cells, to endocrine granule constituent (EGC) in some tumor cells, and to serotonin and somatostatin in a few tumor cells. In addition, a few mucous cells showed argyrophilia and EGC-positivity in their cytoplasms. 摘要

本文报告1例胆囊腺内分泌细胞癌合并腺瘤细胞及神经内分泌细胞。组织化学和免疫组织化学研究显示,胆囊原发肿瘤由粘液分泌细胞和/或嗜银细胞组成。肿瘤对所有肿瘤细胞的癌胚抗原(CEA)、嗜铬粒蛋白a和细胞角蛋白、部分肿瘤细胞的内分泌颗粒成分(EGC)、少数肿瘤细胞的血清素和生长抑素均呈阳性反应。此外,少数黏液细胞细胞质呈嗜银性和egc阳性。本病例提示腺内分泌细胞瘤来源于内胚层干细胞,是双向(外分泌和内分泌)分化的结果。
