在现有文献的基础上，本文报道了3例stewart - treves综合征继发性腿部淋巴水肿、1例乳房切除术后淋巴水肿伴进展性乳腺癌和1例无并发症的乳房切除术后淋巴水肿，并与以往观察结果进行了比较。由于水肿的物理治疗，斯图尔特-特里夫斯综合征的频率似乎比以前的统计数据降低了。
