Statistical analysis was carried out by means of the \"cosinor\" method.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Serum EPO presents a significant (p < 0.05) circadian rhythm with higher levels in the afternoon and lower levels in the nightime.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>These data confirm the presence of a circadian rhythm in serum EPO levels. The mechanisms behind the circadian rhythmicity are still unknown. 摘要

背景:研究健康人循环血清促红细胞生成素(EPO)水平的昼夜节律。方法:选取40例30 ~ 75岁临床健康正常细胞者,男27例,女13例,从午夜开始,每隔4小时抽取一天静脉血,采用RIA法测定血清Epo水平。采用余弦法进行统计分析。结果:血清EPO表现出明显的昼夜节律(p < 0.05),下午较高,夜间较低。结论:这些数据证实血清EPO水平存在昼夜节律。昼夜节律背后的机制尚不清楚。临床评价血清EPO值时,必须考虑采集血样的时间。
