Now more than ever, hospital administrations and staff need to respond quickly and decisively as the rules of the game continue to change, or lose their competitive advantages. With the prospect of massive and radical reform of the health care system over the next 2-3 years, hospital managers and their staffs are going to be asked to integrate and implement more complex changes in shorter and shorter time frames.
