摘要

急性心肌梗死(AMI)是一种疾病。AMI患者的康复受多种社会心理因素的影响，家庭支持是其中之一。在本研究中，作者使用家庭APGAR问卷对两组患者进行了访谈，一组为出院4-6年的患者，另一组为出院5-7个月的患者。结果显示，5年组的家庭支持优于半年组。因此，对患者家属人数的教育是非常重要的，应引起护士的高度重视。
