摘要

研究了3-乙酰吡啶(抗维生素B3)对大鼠脑血清素能和NAD受体系统的影响。大鼠注射3-乙酰吡啶后,脑内NAD和5 -羟色胺含量降低,[U-14C]NAD与突触膜结合、神经末梢对5 -羟色胺的摄取以及对NAD的敏感性发生变化(10-5 M),烟酰胺预处理恢复NAD的调节作用。
