摘要

研制了一种新型核酸检测探针(智能探针)。该智能探针是一种寡脱氧核糖核苷酸,其内部携带一个荧光团和一个插层。在没有目标序列的情况下,智能探针的荧光被插层器猝灭。而在杂交时,由于插层猝灭的干扰,探针发出更大的荧光。智能探针已被证明可以识别双链形式的单碱基不匹配,而无需利用杂化物的热稳定性差异。
