摘要

采用一锅球磨法制备的新型mgcl2负载Ziegler-Natta (Z-N)催化剂可以有效地控制催化剂中ti的负载量。采用多重Flory-Schulz函数拟合分子量分布(MWD)曲线的方法,对这些新型催化剂合成聚丙烯的复合GPC数据进行了分析。结果表明,这些新型催化剂中存在多个活性中心。详细研究了催化剂中ti的负载对活性中心分布的影响,结果表明:新型mgcl2负载型Z-N催化剂中ti的负载可能会影响各类型活性中心的比例;并且可能是钛负载对合成聚合物的微观结构、分子量和分子量分布宽度、催化活性和聚合动力学影响的主要因素。
