Keratosis follicularis; report of a case with linear arrangement of lesions limited to the right lower extremity.
In most of the cases of keratosis follicularis which have appeared in the literature since Darier's description in 18891there was involvement of the scalp and trunk. The following case is presented because of the unusual distribution of the lesions and the limitation of the disease to the involved extremity. REPORT OF A CASE V. B., a married white woman, aged 30, was first seen by me on Feb. 1, 1946, with the complaint of an eruption on her right leg of seven years' duration. Two months prior to the onset of these lesions the patient had had a severe sunburn.
