摘要

以聚丙烯酸和主链上含有聚乙二醇、聚丙烯乙二醇或聚四甲基乙二醇的各种大二异氰酸酯为基础合成水凝胶。研究了所得水凝胶作为原料药聚合物载体的可能性。以叶茶碱为模型药物。结果表明,叶茶碱在水凝胶中的释放速率取决于药物在聚合物网中的组成方式、其密度、交联剂的化学性质以及环境的pH值。研究结果表明,所制备的水凝胶可以作为药物载体。
