摘要

建立了一种简便、快速、准确的双氯芬酸钠与浓硝酸(63% w/v)反应分光光度法测定制剂中双氯芬酸钠含量的新方法。反应产物为淡黄色化合物,在380 nm处吸光度最大。校准曲线在1 ~ 30 mg l−1范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.46 mg l−1。
