摘要

目的:探讨双滤过血浆置换(DFPP)在abo血型不相容非亲属同种异体骨髓移植中的应用效果。方法:对5例abo血型不相容非亲缘骨髓移植后的患者,应用DFPP法去除红细胞抗体,预防溶血和纯红细胞发育不全。结果:5例患者术后同血凝素滴度均低于1:16,仅有1例患者出现一过性轻度急性溶血。所有病例均未发生迟发性溶血和纯红细胞发育不全,所有受者均完全移植。结论:DFPP能有效预防abo血型严重不相容的非亲属骨髓移植受者的溶血和纯红细胞发育不全。
