摘要

目的:探讨短期化疗对兔腹主动脉顺应性的影响,了解化疗后血管生物力学特性的变化。方法:将15只家兔分为5组,其中4组在治疗后第2、7、14、21天注射化疗药物,评估腹主动脉顺应性,另一组不化疗作为对照。结果:化疗后腹主动脉顺应性明显下降,短期化疗后14天达到最低水平,说明药物对血管的损伤足以改变血管的生物力学特性。结论:短期化疗可使血管顺应性降低,随时间的推移而恶化,但这种变化是可逆的。
