摘要

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT (MSCT)扫描及三维重建在选择下颌骨内固定材料的最佳长度和形状中的价值。方法:采用MSCT对5例患者进行下颌骨三维重建,并测量手术所需下颌骨长度。在下颌曲线上选择一些等距点,测量这些点到曲线两端的距离,使用自行设计的骨骼曲线描绘软件来描绘下颌曲线。然后确定内固定材料的最佳长度和形状。结果:重建的三维下颌骨在任何方向上都能清晰地看到软组织和其他无关骨骼,用该软件可以准确地测量下颌骨的长度。确定下颌骨曲线上所选点到曲线两端的距离,生成下颌骨生理曲线,精确确定内固定材料的长度和形状。结论:MSCT下颌骨三维重建和测量有助于确定内固定材料的最佳长度和形状,增强材料与骨表面的附着性,从而提高治疗效果。
