摘要

导读:关于用印楝产品处理的蚊子末年幼虫的组织病理学研究很少。目的研究印楝产品对致倦库蚊幼虫的作用。材料与方法:采用印楝产品(Neemix、配方印楝油、纯印楝油、印楝粉)对致倦库蚊4龄幼虫进行试验。将死亡幼虫和目击幼虫固定,进行组织病理学研究。结果:结果显示:肠上皮、跨界、脂肪体等组织在未处理幼虫水平上正常;用纯印楝油处理幼虫时,不接触脂肪体和肌肉;在印楝粉处理的幼虫水平上,肠上皮细胞微增厚,呈溶解状;毛刷边缘微绒毛在见证溶剂水平上的溶解用Neemix处理的幼虫中记录的上皮细胞的破坏;在配方印楝油处理的幼虫水平上观察到食物柱消失和上皮细胞破坏。结论:印楝产品对致倦库蚊幼虫有一定的杀灭作用。
