我们报告一名56岁女性因突发性听力丧失、耳鸣及眩晕而在我耳鼻喉科就诊的病例。内窥镜检查正常。听音图显示严重的神经感觉性听觉减退，PEATC证实了所谓的听觉减退，提示其起源于耳蜗后。影像学检查要求进行耳颅CT和IRM检查，结果显示蝶窦内存在15 x 10 mm的囊性病变和息肉，无其他改变或明显病理。
