RECOT generates output in SAM format that can be viewed using recent genome browsers capable of displaying next-generation sequencing data.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>We demonstrate the usefulness of RECOT in comparing ChIP-seq results between two closely-related fruit flies.
