本文着重分析了汶川地震后社会工作者在灾害干预中所扮演的不同角色。本文以救援、临时安置、重建三个阶段为时间框架,描述了社工的角色、表现,以及社工在为受灾群众和社区提供服务时所取得的成就和面临的挑战。此外,我们还就最佳实践和经验教训得出结论,并为未来的实践和研究提出建议。
