Discrimination power of the objective measure was evaluated based on BMI reference and Receiver Operating Characteristic curves (ROC). RESULTS The objective measure included four dimensions scores: transverse dimension (TD) indicating weight and chest circumference; length dimension (LD) indicating height and sitting height; transverse-length ratio dimension (TLD) indicating chest circumference-height ratio, chest circumference-sitting height and chest circumference-low limb ratio; proportion dimension (PD) indicating sitting height-low limb ratio. The whole dimension (WD) indicating the whole body shape was showed by the average of four dimensions scores. Four dimensions and WD scores were approximately 80 in children and adolescents with normal weight, and higher than those of overweight, obesity, and underweight (all P-values <0.001). Areas under ROC of overweight and obesity compared with normal weight ranged from 0.88 to 1.00 for scores of TD, TLD, and WD. 目的:探讨一种评价中国儿童青少年实际体型的客观方法。方法:以2005年全国学生体质与健康调查(CNSSCH)数据为基础,利用210 927名儿童青少年(7 ~ 18岁)的体高、体重、胸围、坐高、胸围-高比、胸围-低肢比、坐高-低肢比等测量数据,采用转换变量法和探索性因子分析(EFA)建立客观测量指标。根据BMI参考和受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评价客观测量方法的辨析能力。结果:客观测量包括四个维度得分:横向维度(TD)表示体重和胸围;长度尺寸(LD)显示高度和坐姿高度;横长比尺寸(TLD)表示胸围-高比、胸围-坐高比、胸围-下肢比;比例尺寸(PD)表示坐姿高-下肢比。以四个维度得分的平均值表示整体体型的全维度(WD)。体重正常的儿童和青少年的四个维度和WD得分约为80,高于超重、肥胖和体重不足的儿童和青少年(p值均为p值)。结论:探索了包含四个维度的客观测量,TD、TLD和WD具有显著的辨别力。
