摘要

目的:探讨预防和控制围手术期切口感染对日间白内障手术质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析2012年10月~ 2013年10月5087例白内障日间手术患者的护理及疗效。制定围手术期感染防控、眼用药物外用、复查、保健指导等消毒隔离指导,并采取替代措施。结果:5087例患者均成功行超声乳化术联合人工晶状体植入术。所有病例均痊愈,无切口感染。结论:术前准备及术中、术后感染防控是有效避免日间白内障手术患者切口感染发生的重要措施。
