摘要

目的:报道英文文献中首例蝶骨黄瘤病例。方法:病例报告讨论:一名36岁西班牙裔女性，既往有桥本甲状腺功能减退病史和高脂血症家族史，表现为1年散发性左侧鼻出血史。鼻窦计算机断层扫描显示软组织病变浸润左侧蝶窦。患者行内窥镜蝶窦切开术，术中发现黄褐色易碎软组织肿块填充左侧蝶窦。活检显示组织学结果与黄瘤一致。结论:高脂血症患者鼻窦孤立病变可能与黄瘤形成有关。
