Bilateral Ophthalmic Artery Dissecting Aneurysms Presenting with Recurrent Epistaxis.
We present a rare case of bilateral expanding traumatic pseudoaneurysms of the ophthalmic arteries, due to a gunshot. The aneurysms presented with epistaxis.
